Here is the skinny with the rooms...

For your convenience, we have negotiated group rate at the hotel for 15 rooms.  You can either book the Deluxe Ocean View room (described below) for $155/night + tax or a Royal Beach Club room (described below) for $185/night + tax.  You can do this through calling the hotel reservations at 011-52-322-226-11-00 or emailing Patricia.Velazquez@Westin.com and/or Raul.Perez@Westin.com up until September 30th, 2008.  The group code is "EVA30OCT".  These rates are available from October 30th-November 2nd and 3 days before/after those dates (based on availability).

Please note, 2 children under the age of 18 can stay with their parents for free.  However, if you try and book more than 2 adults per room, they will charge you an additional $50 per person.  This is very typical and we usually just book the rooms on a 2 person basis even if there are 3 or 4 people to avoid the fee.  It's up to you.

Deluxe Ocean View Room - $155 per night group rate (plus tax)
Full ocean view room with private balcony featuring spectacular bay and ocean views as well as lush palm tree gardens and lagoon shaped swimming pools.  Choose 1 king or 2 double beds, non-smoking or smoking.  

Royal Beach Club Room - $185 per night group rate (plus tax)
Full ocean view room on VIP floor with luxury amenities.  Exclusive access to club lounge including daily breakfast, hors d'oeuvres & cocktails.  Yes, evening cocktails are included!  However, if you are only coming for the weekend, remember that we have evening events planned so this may not be worth it.  Choose 1 king or 2 double beds, non-smoking or smoking.  

Grand Deluxe Room - $280.25 per night chainwide discount (plus tax)
Full ocean view room featuring a Jacuzzi on your private balcony.   Spectacular bay and ocean views.  Choose 1 king or 2 double beds, non-smoking or smoking.
