Puerto Vallarta is served by major US airlines and charter companies, and is well connected to most major North American airport hubs. During the winter high season, an average of 297 commercial flights touch down at Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport every week. Puerto Vallarta's airport code is PVR.
